Everything you need to know before ordering
📦 What are the delivery times?
For customized products, please allow 72 hours (3 business days) for us to make your item in our workshop before it ships. Delivery then takes 3 to 6 business days within mainland France (a little longer for other countries we ship to). For ready-made, non-customized products, processing before shipping takes 1 to 3 business days.
🚚 Do you ship internationally?
We ship to mainland France as well as Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Canada, and the United States (US orders limited to ≤€80 for now). Rates and timelines vary by country and are shown at checkout.
🧵 Are your clothes made to order?
Yes, a large part of our pieces are made using DTF printing or sublimation in our workshop. Every product is carefully prepared, sometimes on request.
🎨 How does customization work?
Two ways to go, whichever you prefer: use our online customization tool directly on the product page (add your design, text, or photo), or message us directly on WhatsApp so we can build your piece together. Either way, our workshop prints your creation in DTF or sublimation, by hand, in France, within 72 hours. You can also choose a design from our DTF design catalog.
📏 How do I choose the right size?
Check out our size guide (measurements in cm for each size). If you're unsure, feel free to contact us via WhatsApp or the contact form.
🧺 How do I care for a DTF-printed garment?
Wash your garment inside out, at 30°C maximum, without excessive spinning. Avoid the tumble dryer and ironing directly on the print to preserve the colors and design over time. More details on our Fabrics & Care page.
🔁 Can I return an item?
Non-customized items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they have not been worn or washed. Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in case of an error on our part or a defect.
💳 What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards as well as the secure payment methods offered at checkout. All transactions are encrypted and secure.
